All items sold on the Pupmalup website are printed with the Pupmalup logo, no larger than 30mm wide (usually on a leg or sleeve).
All our prices are £ sterling and do not include post and packing. Postage is a flat rate of £5.55 for a 1st class, signed for, delivery service. This is the price set by Royal Mail for a 'Small Parcel'.
All our card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, operated by WorldPay, or PayPal. This ensures your details are kept safe at all times. (This means that none of your credit card details are seen or stored by us)
Please allow 10-14 working days for UK dispatch.
Our suppliers are experiencing a lack of stock and a delay in shipping, which is having a knock-on effect on our orders. Please allow 14-28 days for items to be dispatched and sent via 1st Class, prior to contacting us.
Shipping and Handling:
Orders are posted using Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the UK at this time.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or offer you a full refund. Provided the goods are returned to us, unworn, within 14 days of your receipt, along with a valid sales invoice (this is supplied with your goods).
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund any customised items.
Replacement items or refunds will not be sent until the original items have been received by us. Shipping to be paid for by the customer, please ensure you use registered post as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Once the item is received by Pupmalup, we will refund your postage up to a total of £4.25 provided we are shown a valid postage receipt.

If you believe your item is flawed, and it’s within 60 days of your purchase, you can simply return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
Please note this does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.
All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item then the product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We store and process all our customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Data Protection Act.
You are entitled to recieve information and to amend, block and delete your stored data. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or send us your request by post.
Here at Pupmalup, we do not disclose our buyers information to third parties. None of your personal details or purchase details will be passed to any other company. We don’t like to be cold called or spammed and we assume our customers feel the same way.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
